Dr. Emil Velasquez, L.Ac, DAOM, FABORM
Dr. Emil Velasquez is a licensed acupuncturist in California, holding a Doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine. With a clinical specialty in treating infertility, Dr. Emil also has extensive experience in women’s health, mental health conditions, neuromuscular disorders, and pain management.
He founded Malaya Acupuncture & Wellness Center with a vision to promote wellness through Acupuncture and Chinese medicine.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Emil is passionate about staying active. He trains in capoeira, a Brazilian martial art, and enjoys long walks with his dog, Nami. A dedicated advocate for self-development and wellness, he is an avid reader on these topics. This year, Dr. Emil achieved a significant personal milestone by completing his first half marathon and full marathon in San Francisco.
